About Us
Dr. Carlos R. Todd
Therapist, Founder & Creative Director
Sometimes, life just does not go the way we thought it would. Our relationships become broken; our children experience pain; our family is in conflict; we feel lost, empty, depressed, and overwhelmed. Reading books, seeking help online, talking to friends, and talking to the minister or coworker do not seem to provide any lasting results. I want to help you get lasting results.
Dr. Carlos Todd, PhD, LCMHC, is a nationally recognized expert in conflict and anger management who helps individuals, couples, and organizations move from gridlock to growth. With doctoral training in Conflict Management and over 25 years of clinical experience, he blends academic rigor with practical, actionable tools that create lasting change.
As the founder of MasteringConflict.com, MasteringAnger.com, and CouplesFightSchool.com, Dr. Todd has guided thousands of people to communicate more effectively, regulate emotion, and rebuild trust. His proprietary F.I.G.H.T. Plan® framework has become the foundation for a suite of best-selling books and courses that make conflict resolution both accessible and transformative.
